Volunteer
Assist with set up the day before or offer your services the evening of the event. Volunteer duties are broken into shifts so you can help out without missing the party. There will also be a few drop in decor work sessions, dates to come.
Donate
Be a part of all the wonderful donations provided by our community. Not sure what to do? Here are some ideas from past events: bike tune ups, cookies made to order, gift certificates, crafts, dress up clothes, child care, car washing, computer repair, event tickets, custom scrapbooks, lessons and decorative items.
Food & Drink
Food and drink donations can be dropped off before the event or as you arrive for the evening. Sign up here if you're planning on bringing something.
Group Baskets
Based on feedback from the community we're opening up donations to baskets to entire family population this year vs assigning each class a theme! So donate an item(s) to the theme(s) that you feel most moved and inspired by!
Drop off basket donations in the SYC office any time now until Monday Nov 1st!
(If possible include a gift receipt for items just in case, but don't worry if not!)
Our 2019 Basket Themes are:
ALL DOLLED UP
Includes items like: 18” and smaller dolls, Barbies, Doll house, LOLs, Accessories, Books and movies
TACTILE / SENSORY PLAY
Includes items like: Playdough, Kinetic Sand, Waterbeads, Slime (or ingredients for ;), Tools for sensory play, Containers
COFFEE/TEA LOVERS
Includes items like: French Press, Travel mugs, Handmade/special mugs, Pour-over funnel, Coffee and/or tea, Local honey, Gift cards-Crimson Cup, Highline, etc.
SUSTAINABILITY
Includes items like:
Book, How to Give up Plastic , Reusable bunting/Happy Birthday banner, Reusable party decor
Stainless steel/bamboo/glass straws, Beeswax wrap, Reusable produce bags, Lunch containers, Tote bags, Wool dryer balls
FAMILY GAME NIGHT
Includes items like:
Games, Snacks, Pizza gift cards, DVDs, Popcorn, S’mores supplies, Crafts
BREAKFAST BASKET
Includes items like: Book; Breakfast with Nick, Cereal, Gift certificates to local hot spots-Katalina’s, North Star, Jack and Benny’s, Tupelo, Peace Love Donuts, etc. , Pancake mix (even GF!), Egg pan, REAL Maple Syrup
We'll auction in groups, alone or add to theme baskets to maximize our returns on your generosity.
